Rated 3.0 Good food, service and value. I resent the automatic addition of a 25% tip at checkout requiring an over ride. This is an insult to your customers and servers.

Rated 4.5 Stopped at Cracker Barrel for dinner after a long day out with grandchildren. Food is always predictable & the kids who have very different tastes, can order something they will enjoy. They can be comfortable in the casual atmosphere & relax. The golf tee game keeps them entertained while they wait for their food & their plates are always cleared because they love the food. I always plan my trips to include a stop at Cracker Barrel if possible.

Rated 5.0 Had lunch at Cracker Barrel a few days ago and it was fantastic - best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. Our waitress Colleen was very helpful and pleasant. We shopped for a bit then went out in the front of the store and sat in the rockers for awhile and finished our 'get-to-gether chat" before we went our separate ways. Very enjoyable afternoon.....

Rated 1.0 Todays meal was the most dissatisfying trip to your store I have ever had. Tables were dirty when we walked in and the same still dirty when we left. We asked for the closest dining area up front. We were seated where we asked but the table was dirty and had to be cleaned of dishes etc. before being seated. The shrimp were over cooked. The greens didn't taste like greens. The lettuce was limp in the garden salad. The tea glasses were never refilled by our waitress or were we ever asked by our waitress if we wanted a refill. Another waitress came by with sweet tea which ours was unsweet, but she nor anybody else came by to ask if we needed refills. When our waitress did bring our ticket she didn't even asked if we wanted to go cups of tea. I'm glad some patrons can give Cracker Barrel a positive acknowledgement, but todays wipes out many a years satisfied trips. As the saying goes "One bad apple spoils the whole barrel". I'm sure the lady needs the job, but she needs to be reminded of her responsibilities and refresh her memory. Rated 5.0 Dinner was delicious and Ms. Stacy our server was absolutely phenomenal and contributed to make our visit and dinner memorable and we promised ourselves to return again in the future many more times. Food and Ms. Stacy provided an exceptionally enjoyable time for us plus our family visiting from California who still are raving about this dinner.

Rated 1.0 Ruined father's day meal. Could not get my sides out the same time as my country fried steak. When they did, 6 FFS on plate. Never got my okra. Conyers location sucks at service.

Rated 4.5 We enjoy stopping at Cracker Barrel in Madison GA. Aways greeted with a friendly smile, and the wait service is very good. Very quick to ask for our drink order. Jasmine, our waitress had a great attitude towards serving us. Food is always good. Loved the Blackberry Cobler!

Rated 5.0 My husband and I had the very best experience today at cracker barrel and we owe it all to Frank S. At the west palm beach on 45th street. He should train others how to be an excellent server. Th so you Frank!!!!
