Rated 5.0 I often shop at varioue Dollar General stores.....Today I was in quite a bit of pain (highly unusual for me!) and the dear sweet female employee carried my water purchase to my car--without question...I am so impressed..and have been with the friendliness of the employees at this particular SEBRING, FL store #01313. Thanks for employing caring folks!

Rated 2.0 You have a very special employee he is a young man that is so helpful goes out of his way to help customers. You need to reward him someway I wish I had ask his name, several times he has help me and other customers. But I am sorry to say that store is a mess boxes piled everywhere, dirty and you cant see what's there. I cant believe you don't have someone inspecting them. I really believe its poor management. I would rather go into the dollar tree where everything is neat, clean and orderly. Or go to the Oxford one that open last year. I really love the convenience of having this store here I just wish someone higher up would do a surprise visit and see what I am talking about. thank you This store is in The Rising Sun, Md area store #14009

Rated 1.5 Dumas Arkansas store-- cashiers are pretty friendly -- the employees try so hard to keep the store clean and neat but the ungrateful customers will not let it stay that way !!

Rated 1.0 The store in pine river mn is a big joke. The kellog cereal on the end cap with the sale sign is not the correct cereal on sale......Seriously........then when I showed the manager she argued with me. What happened to the costumer is always right. Please mark the shelf right. Had to hear the personal story of the cashier......her boyfriend got sent to jail again..... I just needed milk and cereal. Rated 4.5 I have bit my tongue long enough when it comes to our small hometown Dollar General in hopes that it would improve in customer service, cleanliness and Management. I live in Knob Noster, MO and every time I go into this store, it is in shambles. There are store merchandise carts all down the aisles and you can't get your cart through them at all. There is a line of irrate people because they are standing in line FOREVER and NEVER call anyone else to check. I've seen ALOT of people throw their stuff down and walk out or even ask if there are any other checkers and the employees are VERY RUDE!! There is hardly anywhere to even stand in line to check out because the front of the store is so congested with clothes racks( which what aisles are in the clothes ALWAYS have crap in the aisles and you can't even look at anything. They are always LATE on getting their seasonal product out and the store is FILTHY and looks trashy. They lack a good Manager and leadership in this store and need some good customer service skills. They also need to reorganize the store. I hate complaining, but it's not getting any better. I would like to see someone step in and Manage this store properly. Survey Code 0274-1687-5056-943
