There are two sweepstakes: Daily and Weekly. You need to choose a language to start the Dollar Tree Survey. Follow the instructions to finish the survey to be entered into the sweepstakes.

How to Take Dollar Tree Sweepstakes to Win $1,000

1. Click the "Go to Win" button to start.
2. For Daily Sweepstakes, each survey completed on the Website and mail-in entry shall receive 10 entries to the draw. Unselected entries will not be eligible for subsequent draws. Each phone number or unique receipt/certificate identifier is restricted to a maximum of 1 survey completion (or mail-in entry). A maximum of 1 Daily Sweepstakes prize will be awarded per person per 90 days.
3. For the Weekly Sweepstakes, each phone number or unique receipt/certificate identifier is restricted to a maximum of 1 survey completion (or mail-in entry) and 1 entry per day. A maximum of 1 Weekly Sweepstakes prize will be awarded per person per 90 days.
