How to Enter Banana Republic Survey Sweepstakes to Win $300 Visa Gift Card Code

1. To enter the sweepstakes, just click the "Go to Win" button below and follow instructions to complete an online survey.
2. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, and Canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
3. You may enter three (3) times during the Promotion Period, regardless of your method of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
4. There are two entry periods during the whole promotion. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period for each of the four (4) pools of entrants (Banana Republic U.S., Banana Republic Canada, Banana Republic Factory U.S., and Banana Republic Factory Canada).
5. The potential winners will be notified by email. Each potential winner will be required to provide a valid mailing address, which must be received by Administrator, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize.
