This one is really for frequent Home Depot customers cause you will have great chances to win and make full use of the big prize. And as the prize, a $5,000 Home Depot gift card may be right the thing. And another "thing" is that there is a big difference for this one from other sweepstakes which will increase your chance of winning. There are two different categories of sweepstakes and entrants can only enter one of them. They are respectively the "Consumer Category" and "Professional Category". You can choose the right category for you to enter and of course the odds of winning will also be different. But the prize is the same. Good luck to you.

Once you have determined which category you are going to enter, you can head over to the sweepstakes website, and follow the instructions to complete the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Survey. You will need to use your unique User ID and Password which you can find on your Home Depot receipt, which also means you need to complete a purchase before your enter the sweepstakes online. Once you complete the survey, you should complete the online entry form and then click "Continue" button to receive your entry. If you don't or can't enter the sweepstakes through online entry for some reasons, you can also enter by mail.  Please check the instructions below in case you miss some important notes.

How to Enter Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes to Win $5,000 Home Depot Gift Card

  1. Start your process of winning prize with clicking the "Go to Win" button.
  2. This Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal U.S. residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (including residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam and excluding residents of Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
  3. There is a limit of 45 entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
  4. The User ID and Password found upon your receipt is only valid for 14 days from the date of the Transaction (as noted on the applicable receipt).

Rated 5.0 I have found a crew of employee's in Rental department that are the very, very best..Having no tools to cut my small piece of tile for a home project , I thought I would go there to ask if they could cut that piece for me.... Bill cut the first one. Wouldn't take any money, so I asked if they had a pool to put it in ...went into the pool fund... then I had one more piece the next week..well ..we had David,Sean DeOliveira ,Kyle ,Mickie, Sean Morgan Tammy,...What a crew they just couldn't do enough to make my day....Got a call and back with in one hour.....I am 75 years old... and know what good help is....God Bless you all.....

Rated 5.0 A few days ago I purchased tile from Home Depot in Gainsville Ga. I am trying to take your survey to give credit to the girl that was so helpful to me, this site does not make it easy. I was very pleased with Tori Lucier, she is a very concientieous and hard worker. Home Depot is blessed to have someone like her working for them.

Rated 1.0 Bought hurricane items for more than $270.00.After hurricane return as bought what I didn't use..Cashier Khadija was summoned by an other in the pick up on line area to tell her not to accept the item without even inspecting it.At my insistance to speak to a manager ,a ceryain Obey came to tell no it won't take it back but couldn't offer the reasons. Lousy store with lousy customer services.They are there to take advantage on poor people when others businesses show compassion.You are the worst.Hope your stock delves to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.Good Luck Denise Scott,and Obey.I instruct my credit card company to start an inquire.

Rated 5.0 Can not figure out what this site is doing. So much random information that doesn't make for easy application and wanders to other sites that have nothing to do with the sweepstakes entry. But, I would like to compliment the Pace, Florida Home Depot, especially Linda B., for excellent service on the purchase of my new refrigerator. She was efficient, informative, and friendly. The refrigerator was delivered by a team that behaved the same way. Excellent employees. Wish this site was as accommodating.
