Once you have determined which category you are going to enter, you can head over to the sweepstakes website, and follow the instructions to complete the Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Survey. You will need to use your unique User ID and Password which you can find on your Home Depot receipt, which also means you need to complete a purchase before your enter the sweepstakes online. Once you complete the survey, you should complete the online entry form and then click "Continue" button to receive your entry. If you don't or can't enter the sweepstakes through online entry for some reasons, you can also enter by mail.  Please check the instructions below in case you miss some important notes.

  2. This Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal U.S. residents of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (including residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam and excluding residents of Puerto Rico), who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Rated 4.5 I think it cpuld be a good idea to bring more clients and tje contractors too home depot shpuld give a pack of water free woth a bag of ice free with purchase of 100 o 200 or more it will be a good incentive mostly for the contractors like us

Due to your employee’s generally good customer service skills, I have continued to shop at your Home Depot Store in Burbank. However there is one exceptional person that I have observed and now encountered who exhibits the “STAR QUALITIES” of a Superb Store Manager. His name is Jaime Velasquez and today I would like to take the time to acknowledge him. Jaime’s sincere smile and friendly demeanor makes him easy to approach. Plus, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and deals with the issue at hand. He is a significantly outstanding individual and Home Depot should be very proud of him! Rated 1.0 Your service in the Garden area is lacking in your Boise location. Too many new employees that have no knowledge and really don't have horrible customer service attitude. Have been there many times, along with my husband and asked for the department manager and felt it was very inconvenient for her to even talk to us, her attitude wasn't a friendly one! attitude. available.

Rated 1.5 The swap out propane gas tank system needs to really be over hauled. I have been at the local Home Depot 3 times this year just to make the change over.Every time the system will not work. I have called for help on every change over. The Employees who came to help were very good and even said the system has been a challenge.. The rating given is on the system not the help.

Rated 5.0 User id: him9637895957 password 1726995955 skew receipt # 0423024783305/19/2017 3715 I have been shopping at HD for 13 years, both in Alaska and Arizona. I have had MANY experiences in their stores but my experience on 5/19 was one I will NOT soon forget. I accidentally sent Christine from the paint department at the HD in Cottonwood AZ on a wild goose chase searching for some non-perforated drain pipe. The only pipe we could see was on the very top of the storage rack, outside. To make a long story short, using every piece of equipment available to reach the pipe, she checked inside the store and some inventory was located in the plumbing isle. I felt horrible putting her through all the searching turmoil, , but through it all, she maintained her composure and smile and refused to become frustrated with me. To my surprise, and without me asking, when I turned around, she personally delivered 2 sticks of the pipe on a push cart- STILL smiling and stating that she "loved her job". 12 years- that has NEVER happened before! Kudos on whomever hired her!!!!!!! If anyone reading this has a problem in the store and you feel the need for a "pitt-bull"- Christine is your answer!!! I tried to give her a 10 star rating but your scale only goes to "5".
