Rated 4.0 I usually have a great experience at hy-vee and love fuel perks. Just very disappointed that I couldn't use the program at the pharmacy located in the Des moies area. I was told that I could go to grimes and use the card, but not in town.

Rated 1.0 I've been shopping at Hy-Vee since they had the first one on 40th and Old Cheney on the north side. Today was the first time I ever had a cashier not even talk to me right up my order bagged it and walked away I had to get my own receipt. I was in the liquor department and had four other small items for him to ring. Maybe is having a rough day but there were no other customers behind me and there was one man in front of me. I work in retail so I understand we're good customer services in Hy-Vee is always had great customer service. Maybe saving a bad day so maybe he should take a break To get back that smile in every aisle
