Rated 4.5 I always get good service and good food when I come to your stores but I do have one complaint with one of your menu items the Grande Sausage Burrito was the nastiest tasting thing I have had in a long time with whole sausage patties, mushy potatoes, oozing with the most nasty cheese sauce. mostly the cheese sauce you need to get rid of the burrito was completely uneatable. I am not one to complain much and I am not looking for reimbursement, but I do know food and to make something like that is a crime to ones taste buds consider changing this item please.

Rated 1.0 I AM WRITING IN CONCERN ABIOUT YOUR STORES. ON TUES. 2-28-17, I STOPPED AT #795 ON MAIN ST, LEWISVILLE TX, AND PURCHASED 4 OF YOUR BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CROISSANTS AND ON ARRIVAL THAT I HAD ACTUALLY RECEIVED 4 HAM CROISSANTS, WHICH MY PATIENT WAS UNABLE TO HAVE RELATED TO DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE STORE AND SPOKE WITH MARIA, STORE MANAGER, AND SHE STATED THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME FULL CREDIT ON OTHER FOOD ITEMS, BUT ON RETURNING THE EMPLOYEE ON DUTY WOULD NOT GIVE ME FULL CREDIT AND REPLACED MY 4 CROISSANTS WITH 1 JUMBO MEAL. TODAY I, THURS 3-2-17, STORE 795 ON I-35 DENTON, TX, I ORDERED 2 JUMBO MEALS AGAIN FOR MY PAITENT AND FOUND SMALL, GREEN FLYING INSECTS IN THE FRENCH FRIES. I RETURNED TO THE SERVICE AREA AND MARCO STATED "SO WHAT". HE BEGAN TO SPEAK TO JESSICA IN SPANISH AND THEY WERE LAUGHING AND I HAD NO IDEAL WHAT THEY WERE SAYING. MY ROOMMAGE SPEAKS FLUENT SPANISH AND CAME TO MY RESCUE AND INTERVENED I FELT VERY OFFENDED AND INSULTED ABOUT THIS OCCURRENCE AND FELT THAT MY BUSINESS WAS NOT IMPORTANT TO THESE PEOPLE. AS A PROFESSIONAL NURSE I FELT VERY BELITTLED THAT THEY HAD TO MAKE FUN ON ME IN SPANISH AND COULD NOT RESPOND TO MY CONCERNS PROFESSIONALLY. TO HAVE THIS TYPE TO TREATMENT AT 2 DIFERRENT LOCATIONS I QUESTION JACK IN THE BOX CUSTOMER SERVICE RECENTLY. I FEEL STRONGLY THAT IF I DO NOT MAKE THESE ISSUES KNOWN THAT THEY COULD PROGRESS TO CRITICAL LEVELS, ESPECIALLY WITH INSECTS SERVED ON FOOD. SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES PEOPLE RETURN TO YOUR RESTAURANTS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED GOOD CARE THIS WEEK FROM 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS BECAUSE COMPETITION IS TOUGH TODAY. Rated 5.0 I would like to commend the Manager at the Jackinthebox Resturant that I visited I had purchesed to takeout for my Wife and I ,well we were both dissatifed wit ar e food so after we ha finished eating I decided to cal the Resturant to tell someone of are dissatifaction ,Well a young Lady spoke to me so I told her what was the reason for my clll she said that that she was very sorry and tha t I could come back any time and tell the clirk to redue my first order with out charge ,then we were very happy with are order and the service we received Her name is Joyce Store No is J I B #1184 Code :25148910134920 Date of Service 1/21/2017 thank you.......

Rated 4.5 As a fast food restaurant chain, Jack in the Box serve a lot of people in the urban area. I'm one of the frequent customers. I always order cheeseburger sandwiches at the store. I've to admit, it's really delicious and affordable. With the validation code, I can save money on my next visit! Thanks!
