How to Win Matalan Monthly Prize Draw £100 Voucher

After complete and submit your online entry form, you will be automatically entered the Matalan Monthly Prize Draw. No other types of entry will be accepted.
  2. The prize draw is open to the UK residents who are the age of 18 or older, excluding employees of Matalan or Empathica as well as their families or agents.
  3. Only two survey entries are allowed per household per month. One winner per month and one is eligible to win one prize in any 12 week period.
  4. The prize drawing will take on the last day of each month from all valid entries and the winners will be notified by email.

Terms & Conditions

1. To enter, no purchase necessary. Complete and submit the entry form at at www.matalansurvey.co.uk, www.matalan-onlineexperiencefeedback.co.uk, www.DeliveryExperienceFeedback.com and www.CollectionExperienceFeedback.com. No other types of entry will be accepted.

2. The prize is £100 in Matalan vouchers, to be spent in store.

3. There will be one winner per month, starting November 2013.

4.Winners will be selected at random on the last day of each month from all valid entries received before the last Saturday of each month. Entries received after the last Saturday of each month will be entered in the next month's draw. The promoter's decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this promotion or in the prize offered in relation to the promotion.

5. The promoter accepts no responsibility for data corruption, incomplete or illegible entries, or entries which fail to be properly submitted.

6. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Matalan or Empathica, their immediate families or agents.

7. The promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time, or to withdraw the promotion altogether.

8. Winners may be asked to partake in publicity surrounding their win though this is not compulsory.

9. Winners will be notified by email. Winners will be required to claim their prize within 2 months after being notified. If the promoter is unable to contact a winner or the prize is not collected, an alternative winner may be drawn at random and the promoter shall have no liability to the original winner. 10. Prizes must be accepted as offered and are non transferable.

11.No cash alternative is available.

Rated 5.0 I bought a pair of shoes yesterday in the Dunfermline 000295 store was served by Hilary excellent!I then asked her if they could order a shoe that wasn't in the store she called a few stores finally found them in the Falkirk store and the Pauline ( I think she was the manager ) said she wld collect them for me from that store and bring them to the Dufermline store for me... Now I think that is above and beyond there remit Thankyou.
