Rated 5.0 Moe's at Toms River NJ is great! The place is clean, the service fantastic , and the guy managing was on orderly to a tee. He knew just how to run this place. So glad they came to town!

Rated 1.5 Today is 5/17/17 Four days after I posted my complaint. Not one email from corporate?? They see the email but truly do not care. What does that tell you people. Stay away from this chain...Very sad. The health dept in Pittsburgh will now be made aware of this

Rated 2.5 On 5/13/17 my wife and I placed an order for two Homewreckers. Before we sat down I went to the restroom to wash my hands.. NO SOAP...I went to the cashier and asked that she place soap in the dispenser. She said she would tell the manager. I sat for 10 to 15 minutes, I watched three employees walk into the bathroom and exit, I went back to the cashier and stated...Still no soap can you tell the manager. She said the manager was busy and that they ran out of soap???? I would think soap in the washroom for both employees and guest would be important.. Do not go to Moe's at Trinity Point..Store #3427 in Washington Pa. Cleanliness is not important to them. I wonder how many people ended up sick that day due to the managers cavalier attitude about the germs spreading throughout the day?? Very sad..

Rated 1.5 Restaurant is dirty. The glass sneeze guard is covered in dust. Just about every surface in the stare is dirty. Employees were not very professional looking.

Rated 2.0 The ervice was not good. My husband has a heavy southern accent. He asked about a cheese dip on the menu. At first he was ignored and then they laughed That is why we went to another restaurant to order for him I ordered fist and paid. The food was good but we left. Parking was problem.

Rated 1.0 Service was horrible and the restaurant was a complete mess. In the store there was false advertisement. The floors were soaked in water. Food was made sloppy. Bathrooms were clogged and sinks were VERY dirty, also there were no paper towels. There was a lot of sodas out and not a lot of choices to choose from. None of the workers greeted us by saying "Welcome To Moes". I was very disappointed in Moes and it's service.
