Rated 3.5 I would of given more stars but I am appalled that I cant get any clothes for myself except pants and socks, I consider it very sexist that your about the only supermarket chain that doesn't cater for men. however I was served by Karen on my last visit at Erith store and am allways happy with my food shop and friendly staff.

Rated 2.0 You are losing customers through freezing them to death in your Nailsworth store not for the odd time but over weeks. Although I live in Nailsworth I will think twice before I go there again. I will organise buying elsewhere whenever I'm out doing other things. Once I'm in the car it doesn't take long. A real pity as the staff are always so helpful ..

Rated 4.0 Very helpful staff, generally good selection of items but sometimes lack in replenishing certain items for a long time. I welcome the drop in some prices due to completion. I very like quality of fresh produce.

Rated 5.0 I would like to thank Hayley from the Gibraltar store visited on Friday 7th July for her help in trying to resolve a problem we had. We run a social club, The Phoenix and we visit Morrisons every month from Torre del Mar Spain bringing a coachload of 63 people in for a shop. This time we had a disabled passenger on board who could not walk through the customs point when leaving Gib. Hayley offered to lend us the store wheelchair to take the chap through but unfortunately the wheelchair was disabled too! However, all ended well, but Hayley was calm and efficient and did her very best to help with a problem outside of the Morrisons remit. thanks Hayley! see you next month.
