How to Enter Outback Steakhouse Customer Survey Sweepstakes to Win $1,000 Cash

1. Hit the "Go to Win" button to start the survey.
2. To enter the sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico and at least 18 year's old at time of entry.
3. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time (CT) on January 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2017 and consists of twelve (12) Entry Periods, one for each month the Sweepstakes is open. Entry Periods begin on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
4. There is no limit to the number of times you may enter, however each online entry must have a different survey code.
5. Odds of winning for each drawing will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received
