To take the survey, you are required to have a valid receipt of your recent Subway purchase, and the survey code on the receipt will expire in 30 days since your visit date.

How to Take Subway 2017 Customer Survey to Get A Free Cookie 

1. Visit www.tellsubway.com or click the "Go to Win" button below to enter the survey online.

2. Enter the restaurant number listed on your Subway receipt and click "SUBMIT" to continue.

3. Enter the date and time of your visit and choose the payment method of you order. Click "CONTINUE" to move on.

4. Several questions need to be answered. Based on your visiting experience, please finish all of them patiently and the whole process just takes about one minute.

5. Enter your email address and click to submit. The code will be sent to your email. Check your inbox to get the code and write it down on your receipt.

Rated 3.5 I had coupon for buy any size subway and drink and get free 6 inch. I bought 1 12 inch and soda and 1 6 inch. They charged me for 3 6inchers and then took 1 off. It was $8.39 for a 12 inch but they insisted that they had to charge me for 2 6 inchers plus cost of free 6 inch. They took price of 1 6 inch off. (charged me 2X$5.39 instead of $8.39 for 12inch) So I paid $3.00 extra. They argued with me that 2 6 inchers were same as a 12 inch. Yes, but price for 12 inch is $3.00 less than 2X 6inchers. Basically, they did not totally honor coupon. Should of charged me price of 12 inch and soda and then deleted price of 6 inch free one. Food was good but upset they they honored coupon in their own way to get more money out of me. I had already put money in tip jar too!!

Rated 1.0 Very poor customer service. Food dropped on counter and put it on my sandwhich. I said something and they took it off but it was already on my sandwhich. Told her everything was falling out bread breaking before she cut it. It was a mess. I paid 18$ for 2 footlongs for dinner for us for mothers day and could not eat it.
