How to Enter Wheel Watchers Club SPIN ID $5K Every Day Cash Giveaway XIV to Win $5,000 Cash 

1. Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and D.C., who are currently physically located and residing therein, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of December 12, 2016, and who are registered and active Wheel Watchers Club members.
2. SPIN ID Number: You must have a SPIN ID Number to participate in this sweepstakes. If you do not have one, you can register to become a member by registering at www.wheeloffortune.com.
3. If you are already a registered Wheel Watchers Club member, click "Go to Win" or go to www.wheeloffortune.com to obtain your SPIN IN Number.
4. To be eligible for a particular Individual Sweepstakes drawing, you must register by the Registration Deadline for that particular Individual Sweepstakes, or you must have logged in to the Wheel Watchers Club Website at least once since the corresponding loggin date. 5. You can only register and participate in this Sweepstakes under one (1) email address and one (1) SPIN ID Number. Individuals who have or attempt to have more than one (1) SPIN ID Number will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
6. For each Individual Sweepstakes drawing, up to five (5) SPIN ID Numbers for each Show Week (one (1) SPIN ID Number for each day from Monday to Friday only) will be randomly selected from all eligible SPIN ID Numbers at the time of the Registration Deadline for that particular Individual Sweepstakes. Non-winning entries will be automatically registered in subsequent Individual Sweepstakes.
7. Potential winner will be notified by phone within approximately three (3) business days of the date he/she completed his/her Online SPIN ID Verification to complete an Affidavit/Release.
